Introduction
The case study is a success example of in the context of the mobile telco where our technology, Hw and Sw, was used by one of the largest Italian mobile operator, 3 Italia part of the Hitchingson Group.
The aim was to create a new store concept video assisted and based on our special video assisted kiosks.

Business Issue
The aim pursued by 3 Italia was to create zero-staff innovative video assisted Mobile Shops in the logic to enlarge its retail chains in locations where 3 Italia Traditional Shops are no present .
From this point of view it was decided to use Inventia’s Fast Shop Video Stations plus Inventia’s Sw Connect video technology
Evolution
The project evolutions will determine a massive distribution by 3 Italia of this kind of “shop” all over Italy,
Installations
3 Italia ha just installed 2 Units in Italy in big stores in Milan (Fiordaliso) and in Verona Airport.
Customer benefits
3 Italia increased its retail sales network making itself the first italian mobile operator introducing a new kind or retail shop .
Perfomances
The Tre Italia stations are performing really well with a rate of transactions similar to a conventional bank counter one
