Introduction
Our technology has been used to create video assisted stations where Mps customer can get advice on Axa insurance offers sold by MPS by a video operator. The aim was to create virtual video assisted desk where customerscan subscribe new insurance contracts through a video consultant with digital signature a first insurance payments too.

Business Issue
The aim Pursued by MPS was to create zero-staff insurance virtual video assisted desks inside the MPS new branches.
The solution chosen was based on the Inventia Fast Desk video-stations customized for MPS in order to allow remote management of insurace contracts subscription processes by remote operators MPS connected in video communication by Inventia

Evolution
The project involves an evolution in 2015 towards a solution with remote teller services with an integration with cash in / out Atm systems of the major international manufacturers.

MPS Axa Stations are performing with a good new insurance contracts per day with an extraordinary interest from customers.

Axa MPS video assisted stations MPS has started a process that aims to create a new concept of virtual bank branches by MPS. A new kind of branch without staff to increase services offered to its customer base and to maintain territorial coverage by replacing unproductive branches with video-assisted solution ones.
