Introduction
The case study is in the context of a banking re-branching project. The project was called Extrabanca Extended Branch and with aim to create a new concept of EB branch video assisted to cover new locations in Italy in place to open a traditional branch one.

Perfomances
The EB Fast Branch stations are performing really well with a rate of transactions similar to a conventional bank counter one
Business Issue
The aim pursued by EB was to increase their commercial presence on the market.
It was decided to use our Sw Connect technology by our Cloud providing an outsorced Xyzmo Digital Signature Services too.
We used our Fast Shop kiosk to create a virtual branches called Extrabanca Extended Branches where customers can operate with a video teller like in a traditional bank branch doing consulting and transactional operations with a video teller in more then 7 different languages.
Evolution
The project evolutions will determine the integration of the EB Fast Branch Stations with cash in/out atm systems in order to offer a complete remote cashier and remote teller solution.
Installations
EB started in 2014 installed 3 Extrabanca Extended Branches Units in Milan, Bolzano and Modena and the project forecast is to do new installations within 2015.
